The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining stock levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management. ? Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales. ? Monitor inventory, sales performance, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability. ? Implement and evaluate marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales. ? Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster loyalty. ? Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet business targets. ? Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. ? Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and operational issues. ? Plan and organize special displays, promotions, and advertising campaigns. ? Plan staff rosters to cover operating hours (9:00 am - 7:00 pm). Qualification & experience ?
