The Senior Collection Storage Coordinator manages the activities of a small team who provide specialised packing and logistics support to the Strategic Collection Projects and Registration teams for capital works across the Gallery's onsite and offsite facilities. The Senior Collection Storage Coordinator will work with the Collection Strategy Manager and Assistant Registrar, Collection Management & Logistics to monitor the projects deadlines and schedules, plan and execute activities to meet deliverables and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders including the Capital Works team. This is an ongoing, full-time position within the Artistic Programs Portfolio. The role will be within the Strategic Collections Program team at the Gallery's offsite storage facility until 28 August 2026, after which it will transition to the Registration team at the National Gallery of Australia, Parkes, with periodic duties at offsite storage facilities as required.
