About the Role We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Digital Forms & Documentation Specialist to support the development of branded, interactive business documentation. This role will focus on creating structured, professional templates and fillable digital forms to support internal operations and client-facing documentation. You will work closely with the Director to ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with professional standards. Key Responsibilities Develop branded document templates incorporating logo, formatting standards, and consistent layout Create fillable PDF forms (including dropdowns, tick boxes, and signature fields) Build structured Word templates using content controls and document protection Format documentation for online completion and electronic use Ensure consistency across document suites Assist in maintaining document version control and standardisation Skills & Experience Required Advanced Microsoft Word skills (styles, structured formatting, document protection) Experience creating interactive fillable PDFs (Adobe Acrobat or equivalent) Strong formatting and layout capability High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines Experience in compliance, HR, WHS, governance, or professional services environments is advantageous. Engagement Details Casual engagement with flexible hours. Remote work arrangement. Hourly Rate: $45 – $60 per hour (casual) Rate dependent on demonstrated capability and experience.
