Client & Staff Engagement Coordinator Illawarra Region, NSW Care Done Differently Pty Ltd – NDIS Registered Provider Permanent Part-Time SCHADS Award – Social & Community Services Level 4, Pay Point 1 Care Done Differently is entering an exciting stage of growth, and we are seeking a structured and relationship-focused Client & Staff Engagement Coordinator to join our leadership support team. This role works directly alongside the CEO and Business Development Manager to strengthen participant experience, staff engagement, and service quality as the organisation expands. About the Role The Client & Staff Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong internal communication and positive participant relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement Supporting participant onboarding processes Conducting participant and family check-ins Strengthening relationships with Support Coordinators and Plan Managers Identifying service risks or satisfaction concerns and escalating appropriately Monitoring engagement trends and reporting to leadership Staff Engagement Conducting structured staff check-ins Supporting probation and engagement reviews Strengthening communication between frontline staff and leadership Assisting with culture-building initiatives Escalating performance concerns to senior management This role does not include direct disciplinary authority but supports leadership in engagement and quality monitoring.
