Cropping Overseer – Faulkner Farming (Gragin) Full-time | On-Site | Near Inverell, NSW About The Property The Gragin Aggregation is a 4,000 Ha (2,400Ha cropping) mixed farming property located 30km north-east of Warialda and 55km north-west of Inverell. With ~2,500ha of crop and grazing country (1,290ha currently cropped and further transformation underway), Gragin grows barley, wheat, canola, sorghum and forage oats, with both winter and summer harvest programs supported by casual seasonal labour. The Opportunity The Cropping Overseer will oversee the daily execution of cropping programs across the aggregation, ensuring activities align with production plans, seasonal priorities and long-term development goals. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with the Farm Manager, Aggregation Manager and Agronomy team to deliver high-quality results while supporting the capability, safety and performance of the wider team. If you’re a practical operator with strong agronomic understanding and a passion for well-executed, modern broadacre systems, this role offers significant scope to contribute, lead and grow. The opportunity This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced cropping professional who wants real influence on how a large-scale operation is run. You’ll oversee day-to-day cropping activities while also contributing to seasonal planning, longer-term strategy and continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the Farm Manager and broader operations team, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-performing farming systems. You bring sound judgement, strong agronomic understanding and the ability to balance production, people and systems.
