About The Role This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and operating orchard irrigation systems to support healthy trees, quality crops, and sustainable production outcomes. Reporting and working closely with the Irrigation Supervisor and Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the orchard while contributing to a strong safety-first and team-oriented culture. This is a practical, outdoor role with variety, responsibility and room to grow. What You’ll Be Doing Operating, maintaining and improving orchard irrigation systemsMonitoring orchard conditions and adjusting irrigation accordinglyManaging automated irrigation systems, filters and pumpsTroubleshooting issues and carrying out routine repairsKeeping records, managing stock for repairs and supporting general farm operations What We’re Looking For Experience with irrigation systems or transferrable skills Previous farm or orchard experience preferred Someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team Organised, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of their area Good communication skills and a team-first attitude You must have valid work rights to apply for this role.
