About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This hands-on role blends training coordination, instructional design, learning systems management, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation. No two days look the same. You may be coordinating compliance modules, updating onboarding content, partnering with business leaders to understand compliance capability needs, improving digital training experiences, or optimising learning systems to support a seamless training lifecycle. This position is full-time and located in our Townsville office. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Strong understanding of training & organisational development theories, instructional design models and e‑learning platforms Experience managing a LMS and/or Digital Adoption Platform Experience designing interactive, engaging, blended learning content Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), editing software, Vyond, and Microsoft tools Strong attention to detail, time management and project coordination capability About Us We are certified as a Great Place to Work and with over 55 years in business, we continue to shape a phenomenal culture through having our values at the core of what we do.
