Disability Support Worker – Community Access Location: Rockingham Employment Type: Casual About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable FEMALE Disability Support Worker to support a client with a disability in accessing the community and engaging in meaningful social and recreational activities. The role involves providing person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities: · Support the client to participate safely in community outings and activities. · Encourage independence and social engagement in line with the client’s interests and goals. · Provide respectful and professional approach. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date support notes and communication with the team. · Uphold all workplace health and safety and safeguarding standards.
