Role Description:Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical solutioning efforts for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical designs.Develop and enhance solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Universal Resource Scheduling experience preferred).Build and customize model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows.Develop custom integrations using Custom APIs and Azure services.Implement and manage Dataverse security, RBAC models, and advanced authentication patterns.Contribute to ALM processes and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Work within Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks and collaborate closely with diverse teams.Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to junior team members.Required Skills & ExperienceYears proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.Deep hands-on experience with core Dynamics 365 CE modules (Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, URS).Strong proficiency in: JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NETHTML, CSSSolid understanding of: Dataverse security model, RBAC, authenticationCustom API design & development for integrationsAzure DevOps for ALM/CI/CD pipelinesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and solution design.Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
