You will be proactive leader with strong management skills, committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all team members. This role requires an individual who is passionate about infrastructure and is eager to contribute to innovative and sustainable engineering projects. What you'll be doing: Oversee road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Plan and supervise day-to-day site operations. Enforce health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Collaborate with management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain positive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients. Requirements: Qualified Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in road maintenance or construction Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations. Excellent management and organisational skills with a track record of leading diverse teams.
