We are currently seeking an Equipment Hire Manager (ANZSCO 149915) to join our team at Event Artillery. The position is full-time (38 hours per week). For the successful candidate, a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation will be offered. Responsibilities · Planning, organising and directing the overall operations of the equipment hire business. · Managing the hiring, maintenance and allocation of equipment to ensure availability and operational efficiency. · Monitoring equipment condition, servicing schedules and repairs to maintain safety and compliance standards. · Overseeing inventory control systems, stock levels and asset tracking. · Developing and implementing pricing strategies, hire agreements and service policies. · Managing budgets, controlling costs and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability. · Negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers and service providers. · Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and relevant industry legislation. · Supervising, training and rostering staff to maintain high service standards and productivity. · Handling customer enquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth. · Preparing reports on operational performance, equipment utilisation and financial outcomes for senior management.
