Our projects involve close collaboration with builders, strata managers, and property owners, and include the installation of roof drainage systems, metal roofing, and associated plumbing components. Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Roof Plumber to join our Parramatta-based team. Key Responsibilities The Roof Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing roof plumbing systems to ensure effective drainage and weatherproofing. Duties include: ·Installing roof drainage components including gutters, downpipes, flashings, rainwater heads, and sumps ·Fabricating, shaping, and fitting sheet metal products such as flashings, cappings, and rainwater goods using hand and power tools ·Installing metal roofing systems, including fastening panels and sealing joints to ensure water resistance ·Connecting roof drainage systems to stormwater infrastructure in accordance with building and plumbing standards ·Identifying leaks, corrosion, and defects in roof plumbing systems and carrying out repairs or replacements as required ·Measuring roof areas and preparing materials to ensure accurate installation and proper water flow ·Ensuring all installations comply with relevant Australian Standards, building codes, and safety regulations ·Working safely at heights using appropriate fall protection and safety equipment ·Coordinating with supervisors and other trades to complete roofing projects efficiently and to specification ·Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition and ensuring a clean and safe work environment Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, applicants must have: ·A relevant qualification in Roof Plumbing or equivalent trade qualification; or ·At least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience as a Roof Plumber ·Demonstrated experience installing gutters, downpipes, flashings, and metal roofing systems ·Sound understanding of roof drainage principles and waterproofing techniques ·Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans ·Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship ·Ability to work both independently and within a team environment ·Good physical fitness and ability to work safely at heights ·Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional attitude How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and would like to join our growing team, please send your resume to:
