We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join the Mirvac Construction team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we work, how we innovate, and how we continually improve our systems and processes to support our people and our projects. In this role, you will lead the design, refinement and control of the Mirvac Construction Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated business systems, collaborating with stakeholders across the Group and MC division to ensure our systems remain fit‑for‑purpose, compliant and continuously evolving. What You’ll Be Doing • Partnering with project teams to ensure Mirvac Construction’s systems support performance, compliance and best practice. • Maintaining our MCON HSE Management System to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation, ISO and OFSC. • Leading updates to critical business proformas, tools and SharePoint content. • Conducting internal systems audits and contributing to continuous improvement activity. • Managing onboarding for systems access and being the key point of contact for systems‑related queries. • Acting as Mirvac Admin across platforms including Visibuild, RIB, HammerTech, Asta, Kronos, Concur, Bluebeam and others. • Supporting the rollout of new digital tools, updates and training with a strong end‑user mindset. • Managing system updates, compliance documentation, audit preparation and records control. • Monitoring performance, producing dashboards and identifying insights, gaps and improvement opportunities. What You’ll Bring • 3–5 years’ experience in systems administration or systems management. • Strong organisational capability to manage multiple platforms and tasks. • Collaborative approach and stakeholder engagement skills. • Solid administrative skills, including managing licences, costs and platform‑related operations.
