The Opportunity Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of Care Communities across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. You’ll coach and empower our General Managers, cultivate a positive and engaged culture, and drive high‑quality clinical and commercial outcomes.
