Join our dynamic team within our Concrete laboratory and play a key role in a lot of major projects in Perth and around Western Australia Working for a totally independent NATA Accredited Concrete Testing laboratory this role reports to the Laboratories Project Supervisor and involves undertaking tasks in relation to sampling, testing, Liasing and organizing with laboratory,To produce records of Sampling as to assist the reporting of results for our customers Your day will : Conduct sampling Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test , preparation instructions and manuals Calibrate laboratory equipment as required Maintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operations Other duties as directed by Laboratory Management What are we looking for? Experience as a concrete field tester, desired but not essential Well-developed skills and understanding of computer systems for monitoring and reporting of and (especially with Microsoft Office,Access, Word, Excel etc.) An ability to cope with competing priorities and deadlines Knowledge or experience in Sand Compaction testing an advantage What’s on offer?
