This growing WA builder continue to grow from strength to strength across a range of commercial/resource construction projects. Due to an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts they are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to take the lead in their team. You will be primarily responsible for pricing, tendering, and identifying strategic opportunities as part of the clearly defined growth plan for this growing business. You will be expected to identify and drive potential opportunities, and advise the senior management team in the strategic direction of the tendering process. You will initially be working across a range of building projects. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in an Estimator role, within a commercial building environment either from the contractor side. You will either be a Senior Estimator looking to work within a growing business, or you will be an Estimator looking to make the step up into a more senior role. Exposure to a wide range of commercial building projects would be an advantage. This role is an opportunity to play a lead part within an established and growing business.
