Mermaid Beach SLSC / Merlina's Restaurant is looking for a Hands on Experienced Bar / Wait Staff / Barista - Hospitality Professional. The ideal candidate must have the skills to multitask in all areas. Understands that we need to lead from the front line with "Natural" customer service skills, be passionate about the industry and be prepared to have fun with the team. "Be respected but not loved"…. The Mermaid Beach Surf Club consist of our award winning restaurant "Merlina's" Restaurant, Bar, 24 EGM's with Tab & Keno facilities. What you need to bring to the role: - 1. RSA & RSG, Any other relevant certificates. 2. Great Presentation and attention to detail 3. A strong understanding of working in a bar enviroment, pouring beer, wine, spirits and basic cocktails. 4. Deep knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment handling 5. Great communication and execution skills 6. Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends 7. Commitment not to just your own progression, but the progression of our team and the business. Lead by example. 8. Common Sense 9.
