Your new role We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. The role primarily involves loading and unloading trucks, along with general warehouse duties, stock movement and occasional manual handling. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient flow of goods through our facilities. What you'll need to succeed Key Responsibilities Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound freight. Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse efficiently and safely. Conduct prestart checks and ensure safe use of all equipment. Assist with manual handling tasks when required. Receive, check and store incoming goods. Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. Follow all warehouse policies, procedures and WHS guidelines. Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics and operations teams. Skills & Experience Current LF Forklift Licence (Counterbalance). Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, loading/unloading processes and freight safety. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely. Good communication skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliability, punctuality and a safety-first mindset. Desirable Attributes Experience working with technology, electronics or hardware products. Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment. Flexibility to work across both Silverwater and Wetherill Park sites as needed.
