Your role at St John of God Health Care As a Senior Project Manager Social Justice you will be accountable for the management and delivery of key initiatives across hospitals and services to implement the strategic direction for Social Justice in St John of God Health Care. In this key strategic role in the Chief Mission Integration Officer directorate you will engage and partner with hospitals and services to successfully develop, implement and measure the outcomes of Social Justice activities, support change management across the program, and contribute to the development of people and processes. The Position Accountable for the successful delivery of key initiatives across hospitals and services to implement the strategic direction for Social Justice in SJGHC. Effectively lead the following workstreams and report on progress, budget and risks to the Project Control Group: Health Care Access & Quality Mission in Action Change Management Engage and partner with hospital/service caregivers, including Hospital Management Committees and CEOs, to successfully develop, implement and measure the outcomes of Social Justice activities aligned with the strategic direction for Social Justice. Responsible for financial management and reporting, including the tracking of estimates, actuals and forecasts. Engage with and influence resources from different functions, directorates, hospitals and services to enable success project outcomes. Effectively resource, schedule, prioritise and coordinate project activities. Responsible for risk and issue management including identifying, registering, and driving treatment activities that will mitigate project risks and resolve issues. Manage senior stakeholders to ensure project expectations are understood, agreed and met. Develop and implement change management plans associated with identified projects, applying knowledge of how people and teams experience change and the change process. Provide templates and guidance to members of the Project Control Group to inform the change management approach across all workstreams. Identify and implement contemporary methodologies for measuring and evaluating the outcomes of Social Justice activities. Contribute to reports for Trustees, Board and Management on the outcomes of Social Justice activities. You will have strong financial management and analytical skills, highly developed strategic, conceptual and problem solving skills along with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. To succeed you will possess relevant Tertiary qualification/s and have demonstrated significant experience in leading projects in a large complex organisation with successful outcomes. It is highly regarded if you have relevant community or social justice experience and/or understanding of the private health sector.
