This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily warehouse operations, lead a growing team, and play a key role in establishing processes within a newly relocated site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with processes and performance expectations Manage labour allocation to meet operational and client requirements Oversee receiving, putaways, order picking, cycle counting, and despatch Maintain workflow efficiency and service level standards Manage client queries and stakeholder communication Collaborate with management to drive team performance and engagement Identify and implement process improvements Ensure safe work practices and operational compliance About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing/logistics Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment Strong understanding of warehouse workflow and compliance standards Experience working with external stakeholders and resolving operational issues Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams A hands-on leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement Why Join Synergie?
