The Opportunity: We are looking for a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating our visual merchandising standards across stores, leading by example, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional in‑store presentation. Your work will play a key role in driving sales performance and strengthening customer connection with the Universal Store brand. Please note: This role requires regular travel to multiple store locations across Southern WA. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example to uphold and elevate visual merchandising standards across all stores. Develop and execute visually engaging displays and concepts that align with current fashion trends and brand direction. Ensure all product presentation is consistently at a high standard, including steaming, hard‑tagging, shoe labelling and overall product readiness. Maintain clean, organised and efficient visual merchandising areas at all times. Coach, support and guide store teams within your region to maximise the impact of in‑store displays, product presentation and promotional campaigns. What we are looking for: Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, with proven ability to coach and influence others. Strong visual merchandising capability, with a creative eye for styling, trends and brand presentation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with store teams. Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and inspire others to achieve high visual standards. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a sharp awareness of visual cues and store presentation.
