The role of Field Service Technician based in NSW involves delivering a variety of field services to my client’s customers including servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, training, and equipment modifications. As a Field Service Technician, you will: Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs as per established schedules. Attend breakdowns promptly, utilising problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions. Undertake new equipment installations with precision and expertise. Execute enhancements and updates to existing machinery to enhance functionality. Communicate transparently and promptly with clients and internal teams. Manage time effectively to ensure seamless delivery of customer service. Embrace travel opportunities, including local and potential interstate assignments. This role requires the successful candidate to: Possess a Mechanical Trade qualification. A-Grade or Restricted Electrical License is desirable. Previous experience as field service technician, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery required. Experience in the packaging industry with demonstrated proficiency in supporting high-speed production machinery is desirable. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is advantageous. Customer-focused mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, coupled with self-motivation and a results-oriented work approach. A valid current driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and interstate is essential for the role. The successful candidate will receive a $100k base salary super FMCV O/T.
