Our client, a recognized leader in plastics manufacturing, currently has an exciting opportunity for Moulding Machine Operator / Pick Packer to join their growing production team. SMITHFIELD Location 12-Hour Shifts | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Rotating Roster (24/7 Operation) Pay Rate: $56.71 per hour Immediate Start | Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Operating Moulding machinery safely and efficiently Pick packing and handling finished products Measuring and verifying product specifications Manual handling and general factory duties Assisting with machine operation and basic troubleshooting Maintaining a clean and safe work environment To Be Successful, You Must: Have previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment Hold a current LF Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential) Demonstrate reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic Be comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster Possess strong attention to detail Have good communication skills Have reliable transportation Experience within the plastics or manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
