Description We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Performance Manager to join a large- format retail environment and lead sales performance across key product categories. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales effectiveness, and leading a team through consistent coaching and execution. It is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who is comfortable balancing strategic planning with a strong on-floor presence. The role As the Retail Sales Performance Manager, you will be accountable for sales performance within your categories while working collaboratively with other senior leaders to achieve overall store revenue targets. Reporting into the senior store leadership team, this role focuses on structured execution, performance management, and continuous improvement across the sales function. Key responsibilities Drive year-on-year sales growth across assigned categories Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Improve conversion rates, average transaction value, and attachment metrics Lead, coach, and develop a customer-focused sales team Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor Lead by example through customer engagement and sales execution Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement solutions Work with store leadership to align staffing levels with customer demand Analyse sales data and coach team members against KPIs Support showroom presentation, stock availability, and merchandisingb standards Build repeat business through strong product knowledge and customer engagement About you Demonstrated experience in a retail sales leadership role Strong commercial and analytical skills Professional leadership style with the ability to influence performance Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced retail environment High attention to detail and accountability Experience in large-format, lifestyle, or specialty retail is advantageous Willingness to learn product ranges and develop category expertise Why join us?
