With our busiest season approaching, we’re expanding our Mitchell Call Centre team and are on the hunt for Customer Service & Call Centre Specialists to join us in both Full-Time and Casual roles. What you’ll be doing Be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries—no cold calling. Handle product enquiries, place orders, and provide after-sales support. Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products. Convert leads into sales and contribute to team targets. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions. Accurately record call details and follow up as required. Work closely with the sales and claims teams to manage customer outcomes. What you’ll bring Previous experience in a call centre, retail, or other customer-facing role. Proven ability to sell: whether in-store, over the phone, or both. A clear, confident phone manner and strong active listening skills. A positive, solutions-focused mindset with great problem-solving ability. Basic computer literacy and the ability to multitask while engaging customers. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
