YOUR ROLE As a KEY member of this winning Superannuation Insurance Claims division focusing on Total & Permanent Disablement/Income Protection ,you will love the CHALLENGE immense SATISFACTION of helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund other insurance policies. You will be the RIGHT-HAND to a top senior TPD/SUPER/INSURANCE Lawyer assisting with the running of high-end complex stimulating and interesting cases and managing some of your own less complex files . You will get hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience including: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
