There is a unique opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to join ASEH as Senior Legal Counsel/General Counsel of Property, having divisional responsibility advising across all end-to-end property law matters impacting on the group’s property portfolio. The Role This role will suit a Senior Property Lawyer with prior boutique, mid-tier, top tier, and/or in-house experience at the Senior Legal Counsel, Special Counsel or Partner level. Applicants must be comfortable providing counsel on property matters at the executive and board level and thrive in a complex, project-driven, entrepreneurial environment. The role will be responsible for managing all legal property-related matters (acquisition, sale and lease) for the property holding company, ASEH. The role will be varied and challenging, including negotiating contracts of purchase and sale, leases, licences, and a range of property-related commercial documents, as well as the management of any property-related disputes.
