ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently looking for a 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Groundsperson Sports Turf Management to join our Grounds team.We are seeking applicants who are ambitious and passionate about learning the trade of Sports Turf Management; and will work as part of our Grounds team at McDonald Jones Stadium. The apprenticeship provides an opportunity to learn new skills under the mentorship of experienced Sports Turf Professionals ensuring the turf at McDonald Jones Stadium is maintained to a world class standard.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this apprenticeship you will have a genuine desire for a career in Sports Turf Management, a passion for horticulture and in your 1st or 2nd year of your Cert III in Sports Turf Management at TAFE.This is not your typical Monday to Friday nine to five job. Events run Monday to Sunday, day, evening, weekends and public holidays all year round.
