Join Cushman & Wakefield’s dedicated service delivery team supporting a high-profile NSW Government client and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and data-led decision making across a diverse property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a complex, large-scale contract within a collaborative, high-performing environment. The Opportunity As the Finance Analyst, you will partner closely with the Finance Manager and Contract leadership team to manage month-end processes, deliver insightful reporting, and enhance performance measurement frameworks. You will also collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield’s central reporting and analytics teams to continuously improve Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting capability. You’ll be supporting a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, depots, maritime and land management. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end month-end process including journals, accruals and reconciliations Deliver P&L analysis with clear actual vs budget commentary Support annual budgeting processes Develop and enhance reporting using Power BI and Excel (Power Query) Improve data integrity, completeness and accuracy Build dashboards for leadership and operational teams Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual governance reports Provide strategic portfolio performance insights Monitor and report on account KPIs, proactively identifying risks Support SOX requirements and audit documentation Deliver ad-hoc financial and performance analysis as required Drive automation and reporting improvements within MIS About You You are analytical, detail-oriented and confident working with stakeholders across finance, operations and leadership. You will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance and/or performance reporting Strong Power BI capability (essential) Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query) Experience with P&L analysis and budget support Excellent communication skills – able to present insights clearly Experience working across cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Highly regarded: CA/CPA qualified or currently studying JDE experience Exposure to property or facilities management environments Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
