Supportive, friendly environment Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and development Work with a great crew on a variety of exciting projects What You’ll Do: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a warehouse team of 3–4, ensuring all picking, packing, loading, unloading, and storage activities are completed accurately and on time. Inventory Management: Oversee client inventory, exclusive framing system, hire furniture, and flooring. Ensure all items are checked, cleaned, and ready for hire or return. Maintain accurate stock levels and storage trackers. Liaise with the Production Manager for repairs and maintenance related to inventory. Logistics: Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and vehicle loading/unloading. HR and MR licenses are not mandatory, but would be helpful to share the roster of transporting stands to local Brisbane and Gold Coast shows. Typical Work Week: Standard hours are Monday to Friday. However, due to the nature of the exhibition industry, there will be the rare need for weekend or evening truck loading as part of a shared roster. Systems & Process: Use and maintain inventory management and IT systems. Set up and monitor stock levels and reordering systems for consumables across two warehouses. Quality & Safety: Ensure all outgoing items meet company standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace. Adhere to and promote safety protocols. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements. Participate in project debriefs and contribute feedback for ongoing improvement. Hands-On Support: Assist with pre-assembly of displays, and demonstrate the ability to pivot and pitch in wherever required. What We’re Looking For: Experience in warehouse, event/exhibition, or hire-inventory environments (highly desirable) Proven leadership and team management skills Forklift license (mandatory) Manual driver’s license and MR license (or willingness to obtain MR license) Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Strong attention to detail, order, and cleanliness Excellent communication and customer service skills Organisational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines Computer literate; able to quickly learn and use inventory systems Willingness to travel and work weekends as required Ready to join a team where your effort is valued and every day brings something different?
