About the Role: Sydney - Eastern Sydney Suburbs - We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high quality care for clients living in Aged Care facilities across Sydney's Eastern suburbs, including Randwick, Coogee, Bronte, Oatley, Kogarah, Maroubra, Bondi, Waverley, Little Bay and nearby areas. Role Type: Part- Time (Casual) Key responsibilities: As the Registered Nurse on duty: You will be required to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of dedicated Personal Carers ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for our residents. You will also liaise with the Clinical Manager, Doctors, Allied Health and visiting Specialists in implementing and evaluating the resident’s care needs, keeping accurate and appropriate records of care delivery and ensuring safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents in accordance with their needs. You will be required to work within the framework of the Aged Care Legislation and the Aged Care quality Standards. Committed to maintaining a safe and harmonious environment to both residents and staff. What We’re Looking For: A current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration. Complete Covid-19 Vaccinations with booster. First Aid & CPR Certification (Required). Flu Vaccination (Required). Current Police Check (Required). NDIS Worker Screening Check (required). Flexibility to be able to work a variety of shift times. Minimum 3 days availability per week. Reliability and willingness to travel. High level of communication and customer service skills. Demonstrate judgement and confidence in your nursing ability. Full working rights in Australia.
