Due to expansion, we are seeking a sharp, driven internal sales gun to run a semi-commercial sales desk — handling a high volume of inbound leads, following up like a professional, and building pipeline through confident outbound calls. This is a role for someone who likes being busy, likes being measured, and likes winning. Resopnsibilties You’ll be the voice for customers needing semi-commercial solutions — from the first enquiry through to order, fulfilment and ongoing service relationships. Your day will include: Responding to incoming enquiries quickly and professionally (phone/email) Building quotes and proposals that convert — and following up to close Processing orders end-to-end and coordinating fulfilment internally Maintaining a strong pipeline and keeping activity high (calls, follow-ups, proposals) Proactively calling customers to offer equipment, parts, upgrades and services Driving service contract / SLA sales (new and renewals) with confidence Working closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience You’re a great fit if you have: 3 years’ experience in telephone-based sales (inside sales / outbound / high call volume) A genuine love of outbound calling — you don’t avoid it, you lean into it Strong persuasion skills and the ability to communicate value clearly High energy, resilience, and a “no excuses” follow-up rhythm Excellent organisation — you can run multiple quotes/orders without dropping details Confidence to work to targets and keep your activity consistently high E:Book now available – 30 Tips for Job Seekers is designed to empower you — not overwhelm you.
