Epson is a world leader in printer and projector technology, with leading positions in a number of market segments in Australia. We have ambitious future plans and have invested in a brand new Distribution and Customer Support Centre to prepare for future growth based in Yennora. To help us, we now need a new member in our Customer Service team. The role reports to the Service and Support Manager and duties include: Plan, schedule and coordinate printer solution installations in line with agreed customer requirements, timelines and business priorities. Proactively lead installation planning activities, including organising and facilitating planning discussions with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. service, logistics, sales and customers). Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all installationârelated information is accurately captured, documented and received, including orders, preâinstallation requirements and delivery documentation. Coordinate all tasks required to support a successful installation, ensuring dependencies, milestones and risks are identified and managed through to completion. Create, maintain and update installation documentation to track progress, key milestones and completion status. Proactively conduct postâinstallation followâups with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm satisfaction, address any postâinstallation issues and coordinate resolution where required. Provide input, when required, into tender responses and new business opportunities, including customer service SLAs, service coverage, response times and obtaining thirdâparty quotations. To be successful in this role, you need to have: Experience in a similar role is essential Experience in project coordination is preferred but not essential. Experience in the customer service/printing industry is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively negotiate and proactively problem solve. Strong interpersonal skills â ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MMS-Project) is highly advantageous. Knowledge and understanding of managed print services (MPS) environments is advantageous. Full training on our product range and internal systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
