You'll provide compassionate psychosocial, emotional, and practical support, ensuring that they receive the assistance they need to navigate the family law system effectively. FASS offers non-judgmental, drop-in, short-term support to address psycho-social needs, while Legal Aid lawyers handle legal matters. You will conduct thorough needs and risk assessments, guiding men to essential support services and helping them find their way through the complexities of the legal system. Your services will primarily be delivered in-person at the Dubbo Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA), with occasional telehealth support as needed. Being male is a genuine occupational requirement of this position under S31 of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 Full-time role, 12 month maximum term contract Based in the Dubbo Federal Circuit & Family Court $53 - $55 per hou r (depending on skills & experience) 12% super 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
