About the Role As our 3IC, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving store success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll step into a leadership role on the floor, confidently overseeing operations in the absence of senior management and ensuring the store runs seamlessly. This is a full-time role based in our Chadstone location. Key Responsibilities Support the leadership team to drive sales targets and deliver exceptional service Lead by example on the shop floor, inspiring Stylists to perform at their best Maintain high visual and operational standards, including inventory and stock management Assist with roster coordination and daily operational tasks Support team training, onboarding, and development Step up as Manager on Duty when required Be a true SHEIKE brand ambassador, embodying our style and spirit every day About You Previous retail leadership experience (fashion background preferred) Passion for styling and delivering unforgettable customer experiences Proven ability to drive results through KPIs and commercial decision-making Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment A confident, self-motivated communicator who leads by example What’s in it for You?
