In this role you will: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across our Microsoft Valet Business and Premium customers, becoming their trusted advisor for all Microsoft solutions Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, consistent communication, and demonstrating the value of their Microsoft investments Guide customers through a seamless onboarding experience, providing expert training and support to help them fully leverage their Microsoft Valet services benefits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified and premier customer experience aligned with account plans Identify growth opportunities for Microsoft technologies and services, connecting customers with solutions that address their evolving business needs Champion customer goals within Data3 and Microsoft, ensuring swift issue resolution and advocating for their specific requirements Collect and utilize customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and enhance customer success strategies About You You bring 5 years of experience in Microsoft licensing and customer relationship management roles, with deep knowledge of Microsoft contractual frameworks You're a skilled relationship builder who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and securing renewals You possess outstanding communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels You're data-driven, using insights to identify patterns, solve problems, and recommend actionable solutions You excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail You have experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and customer success platforms such as Gainsight If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the expertise to help organisations maximise their Microsoft investments, we want to hear from you!
