Mechanical or Electrical trade background Recognised and accredited management qualification Intellectually capable, can substantiate the ability to apply theory in a practical context Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills Able to demonstrate team building skills and capable of influencing people at all levels of the organisation Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn with a can-do attitude Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework and legislation. Experience in both Client and other 3rd party environments; able to build exemplary working relationship with Client and other Stakeholders Commitment to HSE and safety and assurance and the need to drive down incidents and accidents.
