Description Join the Wittner team, one of Australia’s most iconic footwear brands as an Allocation Analyst. This role is responsible for optimising stock flow to the stores by allocating ‘right stock, right store, right time and right amounts’ to help stores maximise sales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Merchandise team, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. This is a full-time office-based role working from our Cremorne office. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will be responsible for supporting inventory planning, allocation strategies, performance reporting and stock optimisation across our store network and eCommerce channel. You will analyse sales trends, manage replenishment, and partner closely with Buying, Retail and Store teams to support trading performance. Key Responsibilities Manage stock allocation and replenishment levels in line with sales budgets and trends. Manage aged stock transfers and consolidations into outlets. Work closely with Warehouse and Store Teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Raise and manage purchase orders in line with planning direction. Track deliveries, inbound shipments, and store receipting. Maintain product, order, and inventory data accuracy across systems. Assist with reporting on sales, stock, sell-through, and availability. Address store enquires regarding deliveries. Develop and manage allocation strategies across retail. Monitor weekly sales, stock performance, and sell-through. Replenish core lines and manage stock consolidations. Identify risks and opportunities through reporting and analysis. Manage stock transfers and markdown recommendations. Maintain strong communication with Retail teams regarding stock flow and performance. Provide weekly and ad hoc reporting to support trade meetings. About You To be successful, you must have demonstrated ability to multi-task, anticipate stock requirements especially during promotional events, solid excel skills (especially using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), together with previous experience in a retail environment would be advantageous. Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience in Planning, Allocation or Merchandise roles (fashion/retail preferred). Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word). Proven ability to multi-task and time manage. Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Must be a team player. Customer focussed. Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy. Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
