About Us: Commercial Liquor is a busy, community-focused bottleshop located in the heart of Kingaroy. We pride ourselves on delivering competitively priced products while maintaining high retailing standards of excellence. Open 7 days a week from 10am, we offer customers a wide range of beer, wine, spirits, and regularly updated in-store specials. The Role: As the Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our drive-thru bottleshop. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of retail team, fostering a positive work environment. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, shrinkage and roster scheduling. Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations. Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning. Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing improvements where needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. About You: Minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment. Proven experience in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
