THE OPPORTUNITY Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a General Manager People & Culture to join our Corporate Office team in Cooranbong on a full-time basis. The General manager People & Culture General Manager (GMPC) provides strategic leadership, operational services and advice to the organisation to ensure the People and Culture (P&C) function supports the delivery and implementation of the organisation's strategic and operational plans across our 500 employees. The People & Culture team is spread across two locations, Lake Macquarie and Northern Rivers. SELECTION CRITERIA · Tertiary qualifications in People and Culture/Human Resources or equivalent field · Demonstrated experience in leading a people and culture function and making a strategic and operational contribution to an organisation’s direction through sound P&C strategy, services and advice · Substantial relevant experience working collectively with P&C colleagues to provide internal P&C services/partnering with managers, including: a) Learning and education b) Staff attraction and retention c) Employee Relations d) Quality and compliance e) P&C projects · Demonstrated skills and experience in the following behavioural competencies at a level that positively impacts the organisation: a) Leading and supervising b) Formulating concepts and strategies c) Working with people d) Delivering results and meeting customer expectations e) Deciding and initiating action f) Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASL’s culture program ‘The ASL Way’. · NDIS Clearance For them - here’s how you’ll contribute What really matters here - and what makes Adventist Senior Living work - are our shared values.
