Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive, results-driven environment. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, stock management, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards. What We're Looking For: Retail Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within the fashion, eyewear, or luxury brand environment. NO Optical background necessary Team Leader: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to drive team performance and maintain a positive store culture. Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
