About the Role As Store Manager, you will: Lead, coach and develop a results-driven sales team Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance Manage KPIs including conversion, ATV and wage control Deliver a premium customer experience in a high-volume setting Oversee visual merchandising and maintain strong brand standards Manage rostering, recruitment and team development Build repeat business and client relationships This is a hands-on leadership role - you will lead from the front and set the standard on the shop floor. About You Previous Store Management experience (fashion or premium retail preferred) Strong background in driving sales and team performance Confident managing high-volume environments Commercially savvy with strong operational skills Energetic, motivated and naturally influential Impeccable presentation Outlet experience will be highly regarded, but not essential for the right leader.
