We’re excited to be recruiting for a Resident Wellbeing Manager, supporting villages to bring Levande’s Everyday Wellbeing promise to life. This role is ideal if you’re an Assistant Village Manager, Wellbeing Coordinator, or community-focused professional ready to step into a more strategic role that shapes how residents live, connect and thrive every day. About the Role You’ll be at the forefront of wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners and local providers to deliver programs that make a genuine difference. You will support village teams and lead initiatives that strengthen community connection, enhance resident wellbeing, and create consistent outcomes across your region. Key responsibilities include: Supporting village teams to deliver vibrant and inclusive wellbeing programs Leading initiatives such as dementia awareness, volunteer programs and community partnerships Acting as a trusted escalation point for resident wellbeing concerns Building strong relationships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists Championing consistency and sharing best practice across villages About You You understand village life and know how to help residents feel safe, connected and supported. You bring a calm, practical approach to supporting teams and navigating situations that impact resident wellbeing. You are confident working across multiple villages and stakeholder groups, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on support where needed. You may come from retirement living, aged care, home care, community health services, social work or broader community services. Ideally, you will bring: Experience supporting or delivering community or wellbeing programs The ability to build strong relationships with residents, village teams and external providers Confidence managing sensitive wellbeing matters with empathy and professionalism Experience working with, or alongside, Home Care providers A working knowledge of Home Care Packages (highly regarded) Access to your own transport will also be beneficial due to local travel between villages.
