The Opportunity As a Member Services Consultant, you’ll: Deliver outstanding service across voice, chat, and email channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Resolve enquiries at first contact, managing escalations with professionalism and confidence Champion UniSuper’s products and services, focusing on member retention and long-term engagement Access and interpret data to provide timely, accurate responses within service standards Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Maintain compliance and privacy standards, reporting breaches or errors promptly Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and member satisfaction What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who demonstrate a polished approach to member service, with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence. Experience in superannuation, financial services, or other corporate environments will be highly regarded. We’d love to hear from you if you have a background in high-level customer service roles and can bring a confident, professional manner to every interaction. In addition, we are looking for: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, empathetic and confident approach Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Digital fluency and comfort with omni-channel platforms A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and improving member outcomes Ability to be multi-skilled and move across voice, chat and email channels Openness to learning and career development, including opportunities for further education (e.g., RG 146, Advice, Insurance) Your Growth At UniSuper, we focus on building strong capability by supporting people to develop their skills and experience in a professional service environment.
