About the Company Our client W&P Pumps is a growing, family business specialising in pump and irrigation solutions. They work closely with customers across the agricultural, industrial and domestic sectors, delivering reliable advice, quality products and responsive service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Support Coordinator to support their expanding sales and operations team based in Kyabram. They have an upbeat, supportive and collaborative team and can offer long-term career growth opportunities. About the Role This is a dynamic and hands-on role supporting both the sales team and customers. You will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, following up leads, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians and suppliers. Day to day: Follow up inbound and outbound leads and qualify opportunities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email and provide quotes Coordinate jobs and scheduling for the sales and service team Liaise with technicians, suppliers and logistics partners Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) Track job progress and communicate updates to customers About You The role will suit someone who thrives in a growing business environment, enjoys problem solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
