You own internal sales, support external sales, and ensure customers get what they need when they need it. 40% Trade counter & phone enquiries Handle inbound enquiries. Provide technical product advice. Customer service for builders and contractors. 35% Quoting & estimating Prepare pricing for construction projects. Support external sales with quote preparation. 25% Order processing & project coordination Sales orders, delivery scheduling, project liaison. Pre-sales support for external team and customers. This is sales with technical components. Not admin support. You'll gain deep experience in construction project workflows, commercial pricing, estimating, and customer relationship management.
