About the Role: We’re looking for experienced high intensity Support Workers who can help our participants live life with choice, independence, and confidence. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, and evening shifts providing high intensity support. To be considered for this opportunity, it’s ideal if you bring: Experience with personal care and manual handling Knowledge of epilepsy and seizure management Experience supporting people with autism and behaviours of concern Strong communication skills and experience working with non-verbal participants Experience working with adolescents with dysphagia/PEG feeding A willingness to work a variety of weekday shifts and weekends Experience supporting participants with complex care needs We welcome applicants who have a strong understanding of Australian culture and communication styles, who can build comfortable, trusting relationships with our participants and their families.
