Service is located in the Colac region Lead this beautiful 20 pl service within school grounds Supportive, hands on area manager who supports your career growth The organisation is happy to enrol and support you through your Diploma studies About the role: Support the development and improvement of your team The role will provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to your educators Be responsible with the stakeholder management across services This role will be an escalation point for feedback and/or grievances You will be responsible of rostering and financials. Mentor and support educators in quality and compliance for OSHC About you: Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education Passionate about providing ongoing support and development Great communication and organsiational skills Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC desirable but not required First aid, CPR, WWCC, Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk Does this sound like something you’re interested in?
