The Role: The Supply Chain Solutions Coordinator ANZ supports operational excellence across all SC ANZ functions by delivering timely administrative and transactional support. The role acts as a central coordination point, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, risks are escalated appropriately, and service standards are consistently met. With broad exposure across supply chain activities, the position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing procedures and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. In this multi-functional role, you will: Lead Freshdesk & Operational Workflow: Manage ticket prioritisation, SLA compliance, and performance reporting. Execute Critical Transactions & Resolve System Issues: Ensure accuracy in Kinetic transactions and proactively eliminate errors at root cause. Drive Process Excellence: Continuously improve systems, workflows, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and performance. Own Stakeholder Experience: Act as the central SC ANZ contact, proactively managing priorities and communication. Ensure Compliance & Performance Visibility: Monitor key operational metrics while upholding WH&S standards. Does This Sound Like You? At least 3 years xperience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail Comfortable working with ERP or customer service platforms Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive mindset and desire to continuously improve Tertiary qualifications in Purchasing, Logistics or Inventory Management are desirable but not essential.
