Who We Are Indigeco is supporting one of our clients who delivers road infrastructure maintenance services across Sydney. Current Opportunities We are currently seeking Civil Supervisors and Leading Hands to support road maintenance and civil infrastructure works based out of Rockdale, Sydney . Civil Supervisor The Civil Supervisor manages civil maintenance activities and leads crews delivering road maintenance and minor civil works. Key Responsibilities • Supervise crews performing road maintenance and civil works • Lead daily pre starts and toolbox talks • Coordinate labour, plant and materials on site • Ensure works are delivered safely and to required standards • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders • Complete site reporting and documentation Leading Hand The Leading Hand supports the Civil Supervisor while helping coordinate crews and daily site activities. Key Responsibilities • Support supervision of civil crews • Assist with daily work planning and site coordination • Ensure safety procedures are followed • Assist with plant, materials and site activities What We’re Looking For • Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander applicants • Experience in civil construction or road maintenance • Leadership experience as a Supervisor, Leading Hand or senior operator • Current driver license • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork This is an identified position and is open only to Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander applicants in accordance with the special measures provision of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth) .
